Parents and athletes book and pay directly at the Book & Pay page — pick a package, pay securely with Apple Pay, Google Pay, or any major card, then add your athlete's name, jersey number, and positions to the team roster in about 30 seconds. Coaches, schools, and organizations request a team quote on the Teams & Schools page; a formal invoice follows once the roster is verified.

Online parent bookings are paid in full at checkout. For team and school invoices: events booked within 2 weeks of the date require payment in full when the invoice is received; otherwise a 50% deposit secures the date with the balance due before the event. Net-30 terms are available for schools.

Media day packages open for purchase once your school or organization has booked its date — pick your school from the list on the Book & Pay page and everything else is set automatically. All parent payments are due 48 hours before media day. Starting 24 hours before the event the package price doubles to $100, and no payments are accepted on the day of the event.

Individual athlete coverage starts at $70 for an Action Mini (15+ edited images). Full-game single-athlete coverage is $100, and tournament-day coverage (every game your athlete plays that day) is $250. Team coverage starts at $350 for a single game, whole roster, one shared gallery.

$50 per athlete, and $0 to the school. Families order directly — no purchase order, no budget line, no invoice to the program. Each athlete gets two edited photos of their own plus a buddy shot and the team photo, all as high-res digital files. The team photo, coaches photo and sponsor banner shot are included for the org at no charge. There is a $500 minimum per media day, which is simply ten athletes at $50; the date locks in once ten athletes have paid, and a program with a smaller roster can still book by covering the difference.

A 50% non-refundable deposit (or full payment) secures your date. We accept Zelle, Apple Pay, PayPal, or ACH — no cash or checks. Bookings without a deposit aren't guaranteed and can be released to another client.

The remaining balance is due in full no later than 48 hours before the event. There's no day-of payment option, so plan to settle up ahead of time.

Parent wanting your own athlete at one game: Individual Single Game ($100). Parent following your athlete all tournament: Individual Tournament Day ($250). Coach or club covering the whole team: Team Half-Day or Full-Day ($600 / $1,000). Just want footage: Highlight Reel or Full Game video ($150 / $100).

Image and clip counts depend on your athlete's actual playing time and participation. We can't guarantee a specific number of shots if an athlete is benched, rotated infrequently, or sees limited action — and no refunds or discounts are issued for playing time, since that's outside our control.

If an injury ends an athlete's participation before halftime (or the midway point of the match), a 50% refund of the session fee applies. If the injury happens after halftime, no refund is issued — coverage of the game up to that point has already been delivered.

Aerial coverage is available by inquiry only and is never guaranteed or booked as a standard add-on. Most venues sit under flight restrictions, so three things need to be confirmed in writing before any flight: venue clearance, written official permission from an authorized official, and FAA airspace approval. Reach out early if you want to explore it.

Proof images are typically delivered within 1–4 business days after the event. Final edited photos land within 5–7 business days from the event (or from when you select images for editing, if proofing is involved). Video takes an additional 5–7 business days on top of that — 10–14 business days total. Business days are Monday–Friday. Everything is delivered to a private online gallery for viewing, download, and print ordering.

Travel is free within 25 miles of Atlanta. Events farther out are absolutely possible — just mention the venue location when you book so travel can be quoted.

AJIV Photography retains copyright on all images and footage. You get a personal-use license for anything delivered to your gallery — download, share, and print for personal use. Photo banners are a specific exception: they're designed, printed, and finished by us only, so banner orders go through AJIV rather than an outside printer.

Deposits act as a cancellation fee. Give at least 72 hours' notice and your deposit can be applied toward a future session instead of forfeited.
