Ways to run it

Day Rate — Families Buy. Your org pays the day rate for the shoot; families order their own athlete packages from the gallery afterward. Lowest cost to the program.

Complete Package — All-In. Your org pays the day rate plus a Basic package ($40) for every rostered athlete — every family gets photos, one invoice, zero collecting. Volume pricing on rosters over 30.

Athlete/Parent-Pay — $0 to School. Your org pays nothing — no day rate, no invoice. Athletes and parents cover the day directly at $100 (Standard contents) or $150 (Premium contents). The date locks in once 10 athletes have pre-paid.
